Please describe what is your business model. Do you sell services or products? Where do you buy them from, or do you produce them. Do you have an office, other assets registered on the companies name? Do you have partnerships or suppliers in other countries? Maybe you export something and will be receiving payments from other countries. The bank needs to understand what kind of transactions you will do and what processes happen within the company to create value for your customers.

Please describe your clients. Do you work business to business or do you have private clients? Are your clients loyal and come back or do you always get new clients? Where are they located geographically? How do they make the payments, is it by card or bank transfers? How big is an average transaction? How often do you receive payments from the clients? What are you payment terms agreements?

How do you find your clients, do use pay for adds, do marketing? What platforms, solutions are you using?

We need to know the sources of income for the company for the past year. If it is a new company with its first account, please state the initial investor founding capital. If this is a functional company, we need to understand what were the main sources of income for the company in the last year. What clients, activities did the money come from. Does the company have other accounts that will transfer its own funds to this account?

Please describe the sources of income that the owner of the company is getting. Is it salary, investments, savings, real estate or other sources if income.

You need to open your bank account and save a file that would show all the transactions (money coming in and out) in that account for the last 3 months.
